Wyndi Tagi

Director/Business Manager, WE Accounting

Wyndi is the Co-Founder of WE Accounting, a Chartered Accounting Firm with the vision to help the backbone of our economy, our SMEs to not only account for their money better – but make more of it through better leadership and growing company cultures that feel like strong families.

In just 6 six years Wyndi has helped WE Accounting go from no paying clients to 9 members in the firm, helping hundreds of clients throughout NZ and around the world; with tax matters and business advisory.

Wyndi specialises in coaching small business owners to create growth through leadership, planning, sales and team culture.

As a volunteer, Wyndi is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Charitable Trust, Be the Connection, which encourages Maori and Pacific Islanders to join the Bone Marrow Donor Registry. The charity is helping children such as 14 yr old, Samoan boy, Jake Cooper to find a Bone Marrow Match to save their lives.

Originally from Taranaki, Wyndi is of Maori and Greek descent, her Iwi being Ati-Hau-Nui-A-Paparangi. Outside her business and charitable work, Wyndi is also a mother of five, an Auckland rep in Women’s Cricket, a NZ rep in cycling and a black belt in karate.
