SUPERdiverse WOMEN offers membership subscriptions to its organisation via this website. SUPERdiverse WOMEN is a New Zealand organisation, our contact details can be found here.
Once your membership application is approved by us, your membership starts from the date of payment of applicable membership fees. Membership is offered for a 12 month period.
You may cancel your membership to our organisation at your discretion, however membership fees will only be refunded if cancellation occurs within ten working days of joining. A separate refund policy applies to payments for conferences and events and can be found below under Cancellation and Refund Policy for Events and Conferences.
Payment of membership fee’s is completed by invoice, at the discretion of SUPERdiverse WOMEN. Our fees and transactions are displayed and billed in $NZ (New Zealand Dollars).
Any online credit card facility, is provided by Paymark DPS and is PCI-DSS compliant an operates on a HTTPS secure web server environment for your data security and protection. More information on PCI-DSS can be found on this website.
I accept all responsibility for my membership of SUPERdiverse WOMEN and my use of the SUPERdiverse WOMEN website and service. I agree to be bound by and comply with any rules or obligations imposed on me by SUPERdiverse WOMEN.

SUPERdiverse WOMEN requires ten clear working days notice of a cancellation to allow for a refund. Unless otherwise stated a 10% administration charge will apply. If you are unable to give such notice you may arrange another person to attend in your place. Unless such notice is given, full conference fees are payable and refunds will not be given. However you can still receive the conference documentation.
SUPERdiverse WOMEN reserves the right to add, reschedule or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programs, prices and venues.
Should a conference or event fail to attract a required minimum number of participants we reserve the right to cancel it. We shall notify registrants of such cancellations as early as is practically possible.
